Four 90-minute sessions (via Zoom) designed to move you from plan to action. You'll work with fellow alumni and experienced coaches to bridge this implementation gap.

This isn't theory. This is executive-level strategic coaching focused on seeing change happen in your specific context.

A 45-day COACHING intensive

This Intensive is only offered twice per year (Spring & Fall) and is intentionally limited to preserve meaningful coaching, interaction, and feedback. Once the cohort is full, registration will close. Space is limited to 25 alumni churches.

Gospel Foundation: Diagnose the gospel you're actually preaching and its real impact. Using executive-level coaching assessment tools, identify truncated patterns and clarify how Kingdom Gospel reshapes everything downstream.

SESSION 2: Weekend Strategy

Top of Funnel Decisions: Your weekend is your primary disciple-making space. Examine how your Gospel drives your message series, worship formation, invitations, and follow-up systems.

SESSION 3: The ‘Bridge’

Your Discipleship Catalyst: The gap between weekend attendance and life in your church is where most churches fail to orient to discipleship. What is your catalyst to life with Jesus? You'll design your bridge…the Jesus-centered pathway that moves people into apprenticeship.

We’ll Help You Navigate These Three Options:

  • Tweak what you already have to achieve intended ends

  • Build something new for your context

  • Adopt Bonhoeffer Project-inspired curriculum
