IMPLEMENTATION COACHING

If you have taken the journey through a Bonhoeffer Project cohort and created your discipleship plan to enable you to create a disciple-making culture within your church/ministry, but are having trouble implementing that plan, then our all new Implementation Coaching is for you! How does it work?
ASSESSMENT OF CHURCH/MINISTRY TO BE COACHED
Perform an intake with the pastor/leader in order to determine what is wanted and needed in the specific context we will be supporting and to customize our plan (customizations will be minimal but will maximize our impact). We will get a good sense of where the community is, specific key goals, and obstacles and barriers to be addressed through the coaching process.
Assessment will be developed by The Bonhoeffer Project (TBP) and may consist of intake forms, key interview, etc.
Coach Time (3 hours, prep, actual interview, backend) - This assessment is for all levels.
TIER 1 COACHING SCHEDULE
COST: $2,500
MONTHS 1-4
One 75-minute, one-on-one coaching session per month.
+ 2 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTHS 5-6
One 90-minute, one-on-one coaching session per month.
+ 2 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTHS 7-12
One 60-minute, one-on-one coaching session per month.
+ 90 minutes coaching time, as needed.
TIER 2 COACHING SCHEDULE
COST: $4,000
MONTH 1
Two one-on-one coaching sessions (First is 75 minutes, second is 60 minutes)
+ 3 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTH 2
Two 60-minute, one-on-one coaching session per month
+ 3 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTH 3
Two 60-minute, one-on-one coaching session per month
+ 3 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTH 4
One 90-minute, one-on-one coaching session.
+ 2 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTH 5
One 90-minute, one-on-one coaching session per month.
+ 2 hours coaching time, as needed.
MONTHS 6-12
One 60-minute, one-on-one coaching session.
+ 90 minutes coaching time, as needed, per month.
TIER 3 COACHING SCHEDULE
COST: $6,000
All Coaching Sessions from Tier 2 + one Option/Add-on
OPTIONS/ADD-ONS
*Must purchase a Coaching Package in order to access these options.*
Elder/Governing Board Enrollment
COST: $2500
Meet with elder board before and/or during the process at determined intervals in order to support the development of a disciple-making culture. Optimally, this would be done in an Intensive/Seminar format.
(Develop summation docs of key TBP teaching points to synthesize and summarize information for learning, e.g., “The Six Gospels,” “Elements of a Disciple-Making Vehicle,” “The 5 Disciple-Making Spaces”, etc.)
Additional Coaching for Staff/Key Leaders
COST: $2500
Group coaching with pastor/leader and key staff members or leaders. This would be a monthly meeting. The Option would be limited to the Bonhoeffer Project Alumni and 6-10 Staff/Key Leaders from the organization.

Staff Development Modules
*This is a future development.
Prepare drop-in modules to create clarity among the staff about the development of a disciple-making culture. (Kids, students, college, men, women, etc.)
