Dan grew up in Kansas City, MO, in a Christian family that served extensively in the local church. He is the youngest of five to his mother, Joyce, and father, Tom. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO from 1992-97 majoring in Vocal Music Performance and Education, and then Pre-Veterinary Medicine and graduated from Liberty University in the spring of 2013 with a Multidisciplinary Studies Degree. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. Dan and his wife Sarah have a five-year-old daughter who is full of energy and is an absolute delight to their hearts, and have a newborn baby boy. With more than a decade of Bible teaching experience with students and young adults, and a variety of life experiences, God has prepared him uniquely for ministry to students. Dan has a deep desire to foster a culture whereby students can fall deeply and passionately in love with Jesus, and through that relationship look for opportunities to work to see His Kingdom objectives realized.
